ROSCO 20FT FIBREGLASS CANOE (CLASSIC)

The Rosco 20’ canoe first went into production in 1975 and has been dubbed the “war canoe” of the Rosco fleet.

With a recurved stem and sweeping sheerline, this craft displays the traditional lines of the classic Canadian canoe.  The flat bottom and protruding keel runner provide excellent stability and good hull speed.  Those wanting a touring canoe with massive carrying capacity for people (up to six adults or even more kids) or gear will choose the Rosco 20.

A very stable canoe that is ideal for carrying large numbers of people on flat water (rivers, lakes, dams etc).  It is quite suitable for use by both entry level and experienced paddlers for extended touring or where immense load carrying capacity is required.

A great training boat for scouts etc.High stability with protruding keel runner for good tracking and hull speed.  Four rows of “soft” seats are standard and can comfortably accommodate up to six adult passengers (or even more kids!).

Featuring open gunwales for ease of emptying and cleaning. Full keel rib system. Aluminum edging for added protection.  Two full-length longitudinal side bulkheads for added strength and buoyancy supplement the sealed end bulkheads. All bulkheads are filled with cubed isolite foam. Molded hand grips and carry toggles on each end.

We only use the highest grade materials in our manufacturing process. Each canoe incorporates a knitted double-bias fibreglass fabric, coremat and C.S.M. with selected reinforcement in key areas to produce the finest quality canoes available in Australia.
