All goods are carefully wrapped and checked before being sent. However, if you would like to take out insurance this is available on most items. Please ask our staff about insurance choices.

To make your online purchase more accessible we offer a FREE freight service on all accessories. This service is available to all customers outside the Brisbane metropolitan area.

All paddles, canoes and kayaks will incur freight charges. We use several companies Australia wide for this service and we usually will choose the best priced service to your area. All our couriers and freight forwarders will offer several services including door to door and door to depot. Rosco Canoes & Kayaks has very good relationships with all couriers and we only use reputable companies whilst moving your NEW pride and joy.

 

In all cases Rosco Canoes & Kayaks will track your product to your door and once it arrives we like a call to say that the gear has arrived and in good order !
