Our fibreglass and carbon kayaks are available in a variety of colours and finishes. 

The choice is yours!

Design a colour scheme that suits your personality, tastes or paddling environment. All of our kayaks are made specifically to order allowing us to accommodate your personal requirements.

We find that this is the hardest decision in the purchasing process but to make it easier please read the following guide.

The areas available for colour customization are:

1. The deck colour (the top of the kayak)
2. The hull colour (the bottom of the kayak)
3. The seam colour (the strip covering the join of the two hull sections) 
4. The seat colour (the seat base and the backrest)
5. The cockpit combing colour (the surround of lip around the cockpit)
6. The hatch lid colour (if applicable)

1) The deck colour ~ defines the look of the kayak gives your kayak its personality and can provide visibility on the water or allow you to melt away into the surroundings. The choice is up to you!

2) The hull colour ~ contrasts the deck colour and adds a great finish to a special colour scheme. 95% of our kayaks are manufactured with white hulls - the reason for this is that white hides any scratches and is easy to match if repairs need to be done down the track. If you want somthing different please let us know!

3) The seam colour ~  finishes the look, we recommend a contrasting colour to the hull and deck for good definition.

4) The seat colour ~ we recommend light colours as if a darker coloured seat is left in the sun it can get hot to touch. Naturally as you sit on it the colour isnt really that important but is can finish the look of a great colour scheme.  

5) The cockpit combing ~ this is the surround of the cockpit over which you sprayskirt secures.

6) The hatch lid ~ this is only applicable to models with hatches. These are often the same colour as the deck but a contrasting colour can create a unique look.

Note: carbon craft can be manufactured in a clear gelcoat but a surcharge does apply. 

At Roscos the skill and experience of our glass technicians allows us to offer colour combinations such as fade-ins and stencilled prints. If you require a truly unique look please contact us directly to discuss a truly special look to your canoe(surcharge applies).

You now have the option to include a metalic undertone to your deck colour to create a fantastic look when the sun reflects off the finish making the colour change as the light strikes it in different angles. This looks amazing!!!

Note: this finish can only be added to a single colour deck and is not available for fade-ins (surcharge applies).

The colour choices for our kayaks are as follows:

 Camo ~  Any combination 3 colours - hull, deck and hatch lid only (surcharge applies):
