If you ever have a problem with a Rosco Canoe, we'll do everything that we can to solve it. If an inspection shows one of our canoes to have a flaw that is not normal wear, we'll fix it, or replace it, free of charge.
Each Rosco Canoe is built by hand, coupling exhaustive research and design with the finest materials and superior craftsmanship. We proudly stand behind our products and our canoes are warranted against material or manufacturing defects for 5 years.
This warranty does not include damage due to normal wear, abuse, misuse or alteration. If the canoe doesn't meet our high standards of quality, we'll repair it, or give you a new one, at our option. Transportation to and from Rosco Canoes is your responsibility. We’ll take it from there!
Every Rosco Canoe undergoes an exhaustive multi-step quality assurance process during manufacturing; only after passing this test does the completed boat leave our factory.
Although many of these components are hidden from your view, they all reflect our commitment to building the best canoes with the best materials. When combined with our innovative designs and state-of-the-art manufacturing techniques, it’s easy to see why Rosco Canoes stand the test of time.
This warranty is limited as follows:
a) The warranty is valid to any original consumer purchaser of a first quality Rosco Canoe from an authorized Rosco Canoe dealer, and is not transferable.
b) Rosco Canoes sold as cosmetic seconds are not warranted against cosmetic defects, but otherwise will carry the full Rosco Canoe warranty;
c) Canoes sold "AS IS" will not be covered under this warranty;
d) This warranty does not apply to damage sustained by accident, neglect, improper use or handling, or normal wear and tear. Canoes that have been structurally altered will not be covered;
e) In the unlikely event of a potential warranty problem and your canoe is required to be returned to the factory for warranty inspection the owner is responsible for transporting the canoe to and from their location to the factory and any costs involved therein.
This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, with regard to the products of Rosco Canoes.
We will not be responsible for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from any defects.
In its continuing product improvement policy, Rosco Canoes reserves the right to alter specifications without prior notification and without incurring any obligation to incorporate such changes in units already completed or sold
